MagicRat - Any issues with the film so far? One question, did your installer re-apply your emblems on the back or cut through the film for them...

I love the stealth wrap on this thing - truly superb.
Some aftermarket wheels that fill out those wheel wells a bit would take this into another stratosphere.

What do you guys think? Lets make it the 991.1 & 991.2 GTS club...
As "Thread Starter," I hereby vote to change the title of this Thread to the;
>> Official Porsche 991.1 & 991.2 GTS Club << All GTS Included... >>
Maybe a Mod can help out with changing the title on the first post to the above.

Thanks all for the compliments. I love the Stealth PPF and have had no issues so far (although the car does still need stone-chip guards in the normal places). The installer is key, though. My guy is Janis at MaxProtect
https://max-protect.co.uk/
and he's very good at his job. The difference was noticeable when I parked alongside a GT3 at a recent event that had a Stealth wrap over white. The edges didn't match up and it tbh looked a bit of a mess. Also, I think Stealth wrap looks best over metallic colours, and this GT3 was regular white (great colour for a GT3 though, imo),
The PPF makes cleaning the car incredibly easy. It does look dusty fairly quickly afterwards, but it's nowhere near as bad as regular black paint.
The logo was put on afterwards. This shot from the other side shows it better
It's not the original logo but something Janis made up for me. Like I said, the guy's an artist.
Re the wheels, I like my current ones I'm afraid. Only way I'd go aftermarket is if there were a *significant* weight saving. Those could then become my summer wheels and I'd get some winter tyres for these ones, but I don't think the amount of weight saved vs cost makes it worth it. Happy for information that proves me wrong though!

Also, GTS is kind of just a parts-bin marketing-type thing (albeit one that hits the spot for me and a lot of others). The .1GTS though is the last and best NA Carrera there will ever be, and so I think deserves its (forgive me) safe space. I'd be totally happy for there to be a .2GTS thread, and I'd read it and enjoy looking at pictures of those owners' beautiful cars as well, but I wonder if the two might better be kept separate, so we can each just celebrate what we have without getting into arguments.
