I am 20,000 miles in to my magnificent 991.1 GTS journey. It is an amazing daily driver and grand tourer, but it is a beast when I want to let it all hang out. I have not pushed the car anywhere near its limits - I have topped out at around 125 on a deserted road in rural CA. I have noticed the the faster it goes, the more locked down it is to the road. It invites you to push it harder. The noise it made at a buck 25 in sport plus/manual mode (I have PDK) was amazing. I feel very lucky to have scored the last and the most powerful iteration of the 911 NA cab. A shout out to my fellow 991.1 GTS and NA enthusiasts!
^i enjoyed reading that review and remember reading it before pulling the trigger on my GTS a while back. I think it's beneficial to go back to grasp all the factors that make this car so special. Makes me want to go for a drive and it's 4 AM! Keep em coming!
So true. I stumbled on this thread when I was contemplating a new GT3T. Its funny, this car craziness. We always want the next best thing when we should spend more time enjoying what we have!

I've always had a little GTS envy... I bought my car in early 2016 when all the GTS in my area were gone already. The 991.2 cars were coming in and I swiped the last decently optioned 4S. Love the car, but still break my neck looking at GTS when they go by.
Truthfully I had a bit of GTS in mind when I modded my car. Love your guys' cars!

It looks like a mirror...lol So, I opened it up in Windows viewer and rotated it. When i tried to post it went back Upside down.
so, I saved a copy and renamed it. Then saved a Copy. Then went to upload and it stayed right-as-rain...

Isn't that the truth...I mean not only with our beautiful and Special Breed of 911, but with all things we possess...

First off that is one Beautiful 911! We all appreciate your desire for a GTS, and of course I'm here to assist you in acquiring one...
I only say that because you have GTS NA in your jeans. Are you commited enough to sell the 4S and join the ranks of the venerable GTS...?

Let us know if your going to trade it in or Private sell...
Lol. Thanks, but not happening. I only wanted new for my 911, and I've spent over $15k on making it the way I want it. I almost did what you suggest though before the mods. I'm in the market for an air cooled 80's 911 to add to my collection.

Beautiful and what an amazing thread.
Thanks See U for helping me to rotate the picture. I have never been able to figure out how to do that once it is up on my MacBook. This is too good a thread not to have the pictures right!
