Congrats, interesting story. Love the DBM, which was on my short list especially with the platinum finish wheels, stunning!

Yup, you're crazy! But, since you're happy, it's okay. Congrats & drive it in good health! As an aside, I love the DMB/NBM colors. My Macan is DBM & our 991.2 is NBM. They're slightly different, but they're both gorgeous.

My 2015 3.4 is black, believe me when I say it's a labor of love to keep it clean but for that 30 min it's bliss...lol

I am now obsessed with older cars and have been working on convincing my wife to let me buy a 911SC or 3.2 Carrera from the 80's. I might have to sell the Boss to get it done but don't want to. I'm running out of space, but have found a nice storage facility. Then again I could buy a building with a warehouse and rent parts of it out. Or... buy an airplane hanger and have an excuse to buy a plane?

god help me...

Glad we are all crazy (and wealthy) enough to indulge our automotive passions. As for noise vs. power, hard to beat this:

Having driven the Ring a month ago, of course in a slow as hell NA M3, I brought a cup back home.
Just poured myself some tea and opened my favorite thread this week.

Nice story. Glad to see you have a happy ending. And you took your time to eventually get what you wanted.

I bought my first 911 in April - a beautiful 14 C4S. But it wasnt the right car for me. Took me 5 months of daily searching to pick up the right car for me. FINALLY I can just enjoy the car and get back to life!

No more daily cars.com searches.

Enjoy your 991.1
