What MPG do you get?
New to Porsche and just wondering what everyone is getting for gas mileage in their 991.2. I just purchased one and am using it as a DD. I have noticed that I am getting in the mid-teens...and I am not even driving in sport mode. I drove home this evening in the most fuel efficient way possible and got 20mpg. Obviously I didn't purchase this car to get good MPG. I just had heard that people were getting really good MPG, so I just wanted to make sure something isn't wrong with mine. Again, I plan to drive this in Sport mode most of the time, but just wanted to get a baseline. Thanks everyone! Oh and if anyone is wondering...happiest I have EVER been driving a car!! Just a perfect fit for me! I love it!

Averaging 19 over all. Mix of mostly short trips with a few longer ones occasionally. I note mid 20s on longer trips but not at economical speeds. It's a manual and I tend not to be in the highest gear possible.

Just to add a comparison datapoint, I commute about 30 miles in LA traffic (northbound 405 from the South Bay to about the 105) and I get anywhere from 17-20 mpg in heavy traffic on a 991.1 C2S. Seems like there are definitely some gains in the 991.2.

For me, absolute mpg is not important but I do like the range it gives you.
I’ve done a familiar route of c.30 miles, mixed town and country, in both my 991.2 GTS and daily driver. The diesel gets around 40mpg but the 911 is 30-32, which I think is pretty good - 400 mile range if you really need it.
Of course, as soon as you get enthusiastic, that drops markedly. If you’re on the brakes a lot, that energy has to come from somewhere...

I do a lot of Illinois Tollway driving around Chicago, average speed in the 'Hammer Lane' when traffic is flowing in 84mph.
My 991.2 C4S regularly gets 27mpg, PDK ACC.
I just set the ACC to 95 and find some 'Rabbit' to follow.
If speed is 65 mph, I regularly get 29 mpg.
Road America 7mpg. Sport Plus.-Richard

991.2 X51 MT. Almost always in sport mode. Averaged just under 28 to Treffen Asheville, drives and back (~1500 miles total). Short drives around town low 20s.
Haven't done a DE yet but would imagine high single digits/low teens at best.

Lighten up a little, many times there are people who have an entirely different opinion on a thread subject than what was originally posed. Absolutely no attempt to derail, just posing a different point of view.
