Would these fit on a 991.2 GTS?

Yes they will. Keep in mind they're .5 (half) an inch wider but the tire sizes are the same.

What size are these wheels?

The stock 991.2 GTS wheels are 20x9 front, 20x12 rear.

I stand corrected, I thought the 991.2 GTS wheels were 20x8.5 and 20x11.5. Therefore, these are the same size wheels at 20x9 and 20x12 as those in the 991.2 GTS.
