Yes, a great DD. My wife loves it too, and she would not drive a 911 that is PDK! I had the last 991 GT3 for 6 months and she never drove it. Finally, I never drove it either and sold it...
Thats a pretty build.

PM me if you are flipping this GT3 too, I will keep it and drive like it was meant to be driven

Do you have PDCC and Rear steering or just RWS?

Just RWS. I had PDCC on my Panamera GTS because it was a luxury car, and it was a lot heavier. I prefer to feel the "lean" on my sports cars so I can sense the limit better, although I don't think I will approach the limit of my GTS cab on streets anyway.
