Just picked up my 2018 GTS
Ordered it in the spring and it was built in June. Sat at the port here for 3 weeks! Finally here. 
Feels very linear. I love it. Has Rear Wheel Steering and feels really agile in turns.
New Infotainment system so much better. High res screen and lots of features and sounds great! I entered a destination via Voice Control while driving and it worked perfectly.
Love the GTS bits like alcantara, wide body, sport exhaust, black exhaust tips, more power, etc.
Also like the new Drive Mode selector dial and the new programmable mode too.
So many compliments for it being a manual, even from strangers who would come up just to look or ask me that question. I honestly would not have ordered or bought one if manual was not an option.
Now waiting for my manual GT3!

Congrats! I love a white 911. Your interior is interesting; did you get painted interior but leather on the door strips?

Yes. White interior trim. Otherwise just standard interior. I don't like ordering full leather on convertibles since I leave the top down all the time and don't want to have to take care of it too much.

Congrats Terrence!!! Another manual...just makes my day! Even one of my son's friends the other day told me "Thank you for buying a manual!" and he's only 17!!!

I agree with all your comments above. The car is a pleasure to drive and actually does not feel like a turbo engine. I also have a manual. The 7 speeds took a few days to get used to for me. I don't think there is a better DD.

Wait...what, your voice command module works? Was that with Apple Car Play or just the PCM? I always get a "function not available" when I try to use the voice activation through the PCM...then again...I did't by it for that option...

Yes, a great DD. My wife loves it too, and she would not drive a 911 that is PDK! I had the last 991 GT3 for 6 months and she never drove it. Finally, I never drove it either
and sold it. Went and bought a Z06 manual and kept it for 2 years until the GTS was announced. Then I ordered one and sold the Vette.Congrats on your incoming GT3 manual.

Long live the manual!!! Sweet build...
I ordered my GTS (also a Manual) back in June... Was originally a September build, but got pushed back to November when I was approved for PTS (Riviera Blue). The wait is killing me!

Terrence, Congratulations on the beautiful ride and good luck with the GT3.
wes66vette, voice control is a program which can be added by your dealer. Porsche had problems with it's system on the '17's but seems to have it resolved.
