Default Navigation volume too low

I have it cranked to max (11) and can't hear what it is saying if I have the window down. It is not loud at all and I can't imagine that's the loudest it will go. Anyone else have this problem?

I may have my cars mixed up, but I believe you have to turn up the volume while guidance is active.

I set it to 11 in the Navi setup. I also tried turning the volume **** while it was giving me directions as that is how to adjust the volume in my X5M but it didn't do anything. I just can't believe that's the loudest it will go.

Press the map button on the PCM, while she's talking, increase the volume ****.
