Thanks to a lot of help and reading on this forum, I received an allocation for a Targa GTS and the car went V260 today. Hopefully that means I am 6 weeks or so from driving my first Porsche.

Ended up going a bit crazy with leather and deviated stiching but so be it.

$180k Targa GTS? Now that is a pricey build...nice call on the chalk stitching that should look great!

Congrats! I'm sure it's a beautiful build when delivered. At that price after tax, I personally would consider a Turbo which has many of the options you listed included.

I know the price point got up there but my reasoning was that the only thing dumber than spending 180 on a targa was spending 170 and then always thinking that you should have spent the other 10 for it to be exactly as you want.

You could always make more money, but chalk stiching must be in very limited supply based on the cost

Great Build. Will look fantastic. If there is one model to really add on lots of options I think Targa 4 GTS is the one to do it on.
