Good catch, I was starting to put 2+2 together myself.
I really hope some unsuspecting sucker is not going to end up with this as his dream car (unless he's fully aware).

You'd be surprised. As mentioned above, even wrecked 911's go for a lot at auctions.

Last year, I inquired on a few salvaged 2013 991's out of my own curiosity, and they were asking in the mid to high $50's. Each of them sold very quickly.
