Fluid loss radiator
I just added a quart to mine. It was brand new back in May or June(around 2,300 miles) and I only checked it last weekend.
I bought a gal of Zerex G40 (pre-mixed) for about $23 at O'Reilly.
I will keep an eye on it more often, no need to waste the expensive coolant if a quart low is normal.

I've used WW since 2005, it has worked well in my cars, when I have flushed them they looked very clean. On my Vettes it did actually lower the temps by about 5 degrees. Not real scientific proof. On the Porsche it didn't lower the temps, I think the Porsche is hard coded to 194 degrees period.
WOW didn't know there was so many threads on the subject.
Wonder if there's a forum feature where the moderators could link the threads together.
They could do the same with "tires skipping" and "acorn effect".

Like the “acorn effect” coolant level warnings often come with lower temperatures. The coolant volume shrinks due to a drop in temperature. If the level was near min, the temperature change-induced shrinkage drops the level below min.

So, after getting a message and seeing the bobber on MIN, I added 50/50 coolant/water until bobber rested on MAX. However, when resting on MAX, I never saw any liquid below the bobber. Can anyone explain why?

The fluid is way-way down there. Get out a flashlight and look (again).
