What's your other car/DD (if you have one)

City/Commute car is a MK7 GTI with the Performance Pack (i.e. limited slip diff) ... what an amazing little car! It seems a few of us on Rennlist have this as their DD.
Aside from being super low-key and practical, there are certain rough and narrow back roads that this car is so much more fun to drive, especially on wet wintery days.

2002 BMW Z8 - bought in 2005 with 28K miles on it and now have 102K. I use my Porsche as the Daily Driver, but a few years back while living in the Chesapeake/VA Beach area, I used it as the daily commuter for a couple of years. Love the car, not a squeak or a rattle - solid as a rock. Great to have a manual to enjoy between the PDK drives with the Targa.

How about some pics of the Z? When I was 7 my mom had an '85...loved that car. When it came time to get a sports car the Z was the first.
Here's a pic of my Z and my 911 - I alternate daily driving between them. Rennlisters will laugh but that Z has been a fantastic car. Between it and the 911 I clearly have a thing for the domed sports car shape and 5 spoke wheels.
Cheers,
NF

Only regret is that I now have two cars I feel compelled to take care of. With the 4Runner, I'd drive it and park it anywhere. I miss that.
