No doubt they will block some of the airflow. I don't know if it's 25% as previously suggested, but the mesh obviously blocks some of the area that is open to airflow before installing.

Default 04 996tt x50 zunsport grills

Great idea, no debris in the rads, running temp not affected......they just don't fit the car properly. Sent photos, emails and even had a request to send photos of part number on the front bumper cover. Distributor agreed fit was off, manufacturers response was they will all fit the same. Offer to refund purchase price was offered if I chose to return the set. Distributor did all they could to rectify the problem. They are still on the car. Would not buy from this manufacturer again.

^ this. the pictures I see of the installed product give off a real aftermarket appearance. yes they’re easy to install and remove, but they also look that way.

The AC condenser (in front of the radiator) is a more significant factor than the mesh. However, heat is actually transferred a bit better through turbulent flow (from the screen) rather than laminar (smooth) which semi-insulates ("laminates").

I've had the Zunsports on my 2016 GTS for a few months now. Watching the temperature gauges (oil, water), I see no difference since the grilles have been in place.

I don't understand those claiming issues with Zunsports. In my case the appearance, fitment and quality of the product are all excellent. Install took less than 20 minutes (outside vent coverings only) and delivery directly from the manufacturer in the UK was two days. Certainly nothing to complain about here.

I am not convinced that Zunsport grills will have satisfactory fit, but may still go for them due to ease of installation and cost.

What is the most cost effective way to buy these?

Get a discount code from RL BlazinPond. Order online and they will ship to you. I have had both Rennline and Zunsport grills most recently on my GTS. No issues.

I just installed these the other day and DAMN they look great! Absolutely thrilled with the build quality and fitment. Full set for my 991.1 GTS w/ parking sensors-not sure why anyone would have any fitment issues.

Hmmmm? Just went and double checked mine. I don't have those gaps. BTW, I didn't use the mid ones since I wanted the access and liked the open looks without them.
