Default Full Detail: Paint Correction & Opti-Coat Pro Plus

My '14 C2S was in pretty good shape but I've always wanted to get her paint corrected, polished, and coated. The full listing of what is being done is listed below:

Opti-Coat Pro Plus

Vehicle washed, decontaminated, 4 hrs of machine polishing, opti-coat pro plus installed

Ceramic window film installed on windshield

Opti-Glass:Opti-Glass Pro All Glass

OCP:OCP FULL Wheel, Wheels removed, decontaminated, opti-coat pro installed

Opti-Guard:Opti-Guard Interior Pkg, Opti-guard installed on all leather, fabric, and vinyl surfaces

The detailer has been nice enough to send pics along the way, some of which I've posted below. She won't be completed until Monday, so no finished product until then. I'll post more pics once she's completed.

Thanks for reading.

It depends on the condition of your vehicle. The paint correction can be the most expensive part of the job. In my particular case, I spent $2,500.

As my previous post stated, I opted for paint correction & polish, Opti-Coat Pro Plus, Opti-Glass on all glass, ceramic window film installed on the windshield, wheels removed/decontaminated/opti-coat pro installed, and the Opti-Guard interior package on all leather, fabric, and vinyl surfaces.

Do you already have, or if not, why have you decided against PPF on the front end?

what was the condition of the paint before "correction"? if there was any scratches or swirls, were they easy to see, or difficult? I have a white (pure white I believe) C2S as well, there are minor scratches that are not easy to see, and I hope I can get away with just a polish, then a sealant. curious how durable that coating is (opti coat), update us on that if you could down the road. appreciate the post, car looks amazing.
PS; did he polish and coat the head light lenses too?

thanks, arugger.

the paint was in good condition. only a few light scratches, which were difficult to see without proper lighting. no real swirls or holograms.

yes, i had all glass polished and coated, including the headlights.

if you're considering sealing it, i definitely recommend paint correction. you won't regret it.

i'll keep everyone posted regarding durability. for the money and warranty, i'm expecting 5+ years of protection.
