Default Hose/Pipe come off - hissing sound

I'm not sure if this is a known issue in 991 TT/TTS models but today while under throttle my car made a bang sound. I've had many other turbo cars and pressure pipes come off sometimes under boost and I think this is that happened. The car drives fine but when under throttle it's very apparent that there is a leak. A noticeable whooshing sound comes from the car under throttle.

Has anyone run into this issue?

Yes, saw a thread on this issue maybe two years ago on here. Remember reading you should not reuse the original clamps to reinstall if it's the same issue if one of the tubes popped off. I never had the issue and don't believe this has been wide spread either.
