Thanks for the info! I need to set my notifications correct, I didn't realize you had responded. I'm conflicted between a 991.1 Turbo S and a 991.2 Turbo. Do you have any wisdom to share here? I'm thinking I can save money by going with the .1, and use the extra money for a steel brake kit. I like the GTR but am ready for something different. The way you describe your experience is exactly what I'm looking for. Something that is just better all around and different enough of a driving experience that I can learn more from. I'm going to go look at a .1 Turbo S this weekend at a local dealership here in GA. Let's see what happens.
How concerned would you be with getting a used Turbo/S without warrant? And what are your thoughts on going bolt ons with a tune? Thanks!
Hi! I noticed you mentioned you used to track GT-Rs and wanted some feedback. I'm on my second GT-R and am looking forward to the next car. I'm thinking 991.2 Turbo would be a great platform to move forward to. It would be a daily car but would see 4-5 track days a year. I'm hoping to keep it stock for a bit then maybe some handling and tune. From your point of view, could you give me some feedback on moving from a GT-R to Turbo? Seems like the Turbo would be a better daily and just as fun in the track. Thanks!
