The Turbo with PCCB uses Pagid pad shape 4927. It's currently available in RSC1 but also available in other compounds as special order. We're checking with Germany now on stock and I'll follow up.

Pagid has stock in Germany of the 4927 in RS29, RSC3, RSL1 and RST1. If anyone needs these compounds let me know and we can include them on our next stocking order.

I saw the rears have a Lambo designation and have spoken with Tirerack in the past about that. Have you guys experienced that tread pattern, compound or something is indeed different about the Lambo size we would use for rears that is the size we need. Do all four match and have same characteristics for us? Handling balance difference? Or are there some other sizes you are referring to besides Trofeo R in OEM that you use?

Nolimits - With the 991 Turbo fitment the treads are the same front to rear. The compound is also unchanged. The only difference would obviously be the tire size.
This 991.2 Turbo just ran them out at Thermal this last weekend.

Concerning the wheels, here is one option, monoblocks excellent quality. http://www.daxwheels.com/collectie/dax1040/
Use them with 19" Pirelli full slicks, or Trofeos, Hoosier R7 or most other semi slicks.
3-4 seconds faster per lap on a 1,5 mile track wouldn't be surprising with such a setup.

Certainly agree that if heavily tracked, the Turbo would benefit from some suspension stiffening.

Re Trofeo R. I see rear 305 versions for Mclaren and Lambo only. Which one specifically do you use/recommend for our 991 Turbo rears to go with the fronts ?

Good luck on picking up the car!
In regards to track prep, here is a recent 991.1 TurboS we outfitted with safety equipment prior to the owner taking it out.

There are plenty of other examples/ideas that I can email you links for. We have a healthy amount of track experience, if you have any questions then by all means shoot me a PM.

Just bought a 991.1 TurboS S and am planning to use it frequently on track. Pagid RSC1s are a given but I would appreciate some input with regards to brake fluid and tyres:
1: is it necessary to change brake lines to run a higher temp fluid?
2: it has been said that Michelin do not recommend the Cup 2s for the Turbo and that the Dunlop SportMaxx Race are the recommended performance tyre. Any thoughts? I don't want to go to Tofeos as I need to get reasonable mileage out of the tyres.
Any other recommendations for a road car that will be used on track? The track tyres will be mounted on a second set of forged rims and fitted specifically for track days. I don't want to overly compromise the cars on road sophistication so am not looking at going mad with geometry, buckets and the like, I just want the car to be capable of being driven hard on track.
Thanks in advance.

1. Nope, the fluid I use is Castrol React SRF and it does not need anything else.
2. I have run the Cup2 tires for 3 years, and highly recommend them. (Including 50+ track days) If you have anything credible you can link to regarding Michelin not recommending them for the Turbo, please share that. I know somebody that does use Trofeo R and likes the grip, but not the tire life.
3. The car can accept a reasonable negative camber without needing any further hardware, so just have the shop set it to neg 1.8 front and neg 2.2 rear and you will notice a lot of added stability, and better tire life. This does not compromise street use at all.
