It seems to me that the rear spoiler used to rise when I exceeded a certain speed (60 MPH or so). However, since I took it to the dealer last (I think that was when it started) it will not do that. I can raise and lower the spoiler manually (using the switch) but I have had the car over 100 MPH and the spoiler does not rise.
Was this some kind of recent programming, or am I having an issue here?
Yes mine is the same way. Ive been told it does deploy only slightly at speed so you cant see the difference from rear view mirror. One way to see it deploy is open the sun roof. This will cause it to deploy well under 100 mph.

I forget what the speed is also but my .2 does it for sure. Interestingly enough, I never saw it go up on my cab but I read the manual for my coupe as I notiued it right away and it did mention "depending on the position of the sunroof."

This is what I was told too. I was told that there are three positions:
1) Spoiler Down
2) Sport position (raised but not visible in mirror)
- Above 70mph in normal and sport modes
3) Raised position (visible in mirror)
- Sport+ mode
- Sport mode above 70 mph with sunroof open
- raised using switch
Personally I wish they would eliminate the second one and make that the position in Sport mode above 70mph.
I hope what I was told is accurate otherwise there is something wrong with my car's programming.

No. But I will. It hasn't been "an issue" but it is coming up for a visit to the dealer so I'll run it by them. Other than this (probably imaginary) issue, the car has been perfect.
The edge of the rear spoiler can be seen in the driver's side mirror when adjusted inwards towards the side of the car.
You will then be able to observe if the spoiler rises as it should at ~ 75 mph.
It's only a small elevation.
