Yeah. The sales person I bought from doesn't even return my calls. A different guy whom I have never met or established a relationship with, no idea what the guy looks like, calls me and emails me. Pretty rude too. That's not how you do business.
Man o man I can't wait for the car, though! I was also considering getting my mother a Macan. I would rather buy from a dealer in Mexico than go through this unpleasant experience again. TD33, what dealer do you use that you like?

This sounds like dealer shenanigans. Go to the sales manager directly. If he/she doesn't prove helpful call PCNA.
