991.2 Turbo-- Details Released in 6 Days?

^ nothing to do with Auto Show, I read that there is going to be some photo shoot on or near sea to sky highway going to whistler, they flew 17 cars out in total. Some are even saying that all the cars will be driven to Calgary to be loaded up and flown back to Stuttgart

Front grill, rear engine hatch... Those are the only exterior changes? Wow. Even the *wheels* are the same, though those are pretty easily changed (but I bet even Porsche grumbles when changing CLs).
Im not feeling the ".2" yet.

What I want to know is if they improved the exhaust note. They spent a ton of time working on it for the base 991.2s. Did they improve it for the new Turbo as well?

None of the Canadian auto shows are major stops where manufacturers unveil cars, this is more likely a photo shot than anything else. After all Vancouver area has some amazing scenery

Definitely looks like a 991.2 Turbo. Exterior differences are super minor. The better steering wheel and Apple Car Play and larger PCM screen would be cool be nowhere near cool enough to ditch mine 981.1 and take a big loss especially not with all my mods.

I'm also liking how the .2 isnt at all noticeably physically different from .1. The tails are way harder to discern than previously on the 997 gen 2....which is a big thing. Mind you the .1 tails were hard to improve upon IMO. I'm sure gen 2's revised s/wheel and PCM will be more pleasurable to use along with the stock exhaust amongst other improvements in the power and drive, but will it all be enough to motivate me to shift? Hmmm. Hard to say at this stage. The .1 drives so good as it is, so any improvements would need to be very noticeable (as they were with the gen 2 997), otherwise i couldn't see any sense in current owners bailing out of what they have now.

I'm just hoping they add available sport bucket seats with harness pass-thru!! I can fix the exhaust easily, and throw on H&R springs with HRE wheels. I'm ready to upgrade next Fall.
