I would say- Yes, but it is a very delicate process that requires trim tools and adequate protection on the surrounding painted areas, especially the areas to be prayed on.

I think my dealer installed mine without removing the bumper as it was done less than 30 minutes. I doubt they could do a bumper r & r in that time. I didn't watch though as too busy bull****ting. No marks of any kind.

Are people getting these painted reflectors because the red ones are "lame" or somehow not cool? Never really occurred to me use painted reflectors as the OEM reflectors don't look bad - but I never really thought about it until I read about everyone spending $$ to replace them. I'm not sure it looks any better. But, I like to be cool as much as anyone else (I guess that is part of the reason we bought cars like this).

They are VERY Cool!
It's kind of a personal preference. We've noticed guys with lighter colored cars prefer them. Or guys with the clear tail lights.
