Yes you can retract or extend spoilers at any time.
It would be nice to have a separate switch for both!

Agreed Karl911.

Easiest way I know to retract the spoilers is to simply press sport plus again in 3rd gear after launch.

When running for top speed (200mph+) the spoilers can cost as much as 5-6mph. Pretty incredible amount of downforce!

You can put it in sport plus and retract them as soon as they raise. They won't raise when you are sitting still. So you will have to hit sport plus on your way to the staging lane. Then before you stage, you push the button and retract them.

I did. I do not know how PP could have gotten that ET (9.986) and trap speed (137) with bolt ons. The run is literally .4 seconds and .5 second faster than the fastest ETs from cars with bolt ons from Simon and Champion Motorsports respectively. Champion estimates that those times would require 625-650 wheel horsepower. How you get there without a turbo upgrade I would love to know -- because if you can I want those mods.

I would love to see that car duplicate the run on a US drag strip.

Agreed, a US track would show the true comparison. I've been to Yas Marina Circuit a few times. It's literally at sea level and generally quite humid. Both of which would add substantial power. Also the car is rumored to be running 100 octane
