I was getting the spoiler warning and after testing the valve was leaking down and tripping the warning. I disabled the front spoiler until I get a new controller, it’s installed and turned on. I’m not getting the spoiler to auto inflate at speed or by using the thinkdig. Does the new unit need to be programmed in any way or is it plug and play ?
In the factory manual it shows the box getting swapped, then programming . I copied all the adjustable parameters onto the new unit, is there anything else I’m missing?

Is there a re-calibration routine?
Does the WSM indicate anything that suggests that the new box needs to be VIN coded?
Thanks , I see the steps in the factory manual. My think dig2 doesn’t have the same steps, it seems to be missing step 5.” Drive links checks. “ I’ll give it a couple more tries then I’ll have to find a Indy or god forbid the dealer.
interested to see how this turns out. my new module comes this Wednesday
I left messages with the local dealer and an independent. Do you have a scan tool, if so what is it saying for the settings ?

Linear sensor off or on
and I’m thinking there are two more variables.
mine is showing 1000 kph(? I’m not near the car ) ambient pressure.
swapping the unit is no big deal, the corner of the under fender / spoiler cladding needs to come down to connect the two 6mm plastic lines. One is black and one is grey so they are easy to connect.
Hi Bud... sorry for the delayed response been out of town. So I installed it today and went over to my local indy (super great team) to ask about coding, calibration, values etc. They tell me that it might need to get coded and that the Autel unit I have won't be able to do it. You need the PIWIS. Im going to head over tomorrow morning to them with a box of donuts and watch them do some keyboard karate. They say it's pretty straight forward. I'll let you know if I learn anything but I'm pretty sure you have probably already figured it out.
Thanks for taking the time to respond, I’ll have to drive by a local Indy and see what they say. I stopped by the local dealer to talk with someone and service writer suggested doing a diagnostic on the car and then an hour to program at $300 +.
