I have *zero* use for a Golf. I have an MT 718T that would do whatever a “Golf stick” can. And anything that it can’t, that a Golf can, we have a Macan Turbo.
As far as a vacation is concerned, if I had any time…

And add to the fact that the only cars I *want* at this point is a Pagani or a 6/7-speed Vantage V12. Or both. But, need more garage.
I suppose I could be convinced to entertain a Koenigsegg.
But none of those would replace my .1 TT.

Nope. I *want* my ‘15 TT and I wouldn’t trade it. I like the .1s more than the .2s. So, why would I trade for anything? If someone offered me $250k for my .1, I’d consider it, but might not do it. For $500k, sure, I’ll let it go, I guess. Somewhere in between is ‘my number.’

I'm not bashing the .1's - I have one.. . And i really like it. But if i had no 991 Turbo and i was shopping. I'd get a .2..
And FYI - your 718 can't carry 4 people - which a Golf R can do. But your Macan can - and they are pretty cool.

I don't but this guy seemed to go through the same decision process and, by my count, it took him about 2.5 seconds to decide which one he wanted. I'm not sure of his reviewing chops but I think he does a nice job presenting back-to-back impressions of the two cars.

I don't see any way I would sell my modified 991.2 911 Turbo with only 22k miles on it.
My modifications are perfect for my tastes and still not highest risk. I left my stock base turbos alone for better response and less risk of breaking something.
An aggressive COBB Stage 3 93 octane tune from Sam @ByDesign was the finishing touch for 780 crank HP and good throttle response. And reliability!
Lovin this!
But I did just get my new loaded custom-ordered CGTS 4.0, my 13th Porsche since 1970, for my more mundane daily driving and shopping. With 2 trunks, it's hard to beat for a retired Porsche guy who is the shopper of the house. It is a blast for around town drives.
