I guess shipping doesn't look at the invoice cost of the order. No one would pay $475 for 5 vinyl letters.

I've had good experience but never had to resolve anything like this. I've ordered OE oil filters and brake pads from them.

This is what the invoice said.
Emblem - "PORSCHE 911 Turbo S" in Gloss Black

I clicked on that and paid for it.
Yea, it's not even the same xxx-xxx-xxx-xx-xx part number on the invoice and decal package in the pic above.
Hope this gets resolved quickly for you.

I bought clear sidemarkers from them a few years ago and they shipped 2 driver's side ones. Took a photo of both to show the error, sent an email, they emailed a return label, week later it was corrected. Haven't had any other real issues ordering from them.

It is true that many OEM parts are not in stock in their parts department. The same is true at your local Porsche dealer.

It is also true that Suncoast routinely sells OEM parts at significantly lower prices than most Porsche dealers, which are almost always full MSRP. But yes, even discounted from MSRP, OEM Porsche parts are still expensive.

As I mentioned above, I purchased OEM exhaust clamps and hardware from Suncoast at 50% less than my local dealer quoted me for the identical parts.

Received a notice of shipping of what should be the proper part, and a shipping label to return the decals. Calling on the phone got me nowhere. I requested expedited shipping as this is putting the project a week behind but the email showed economy. So far response has been good.

Have you called on the phone to politely inform them that they shipped the wrong part? Their shipping guy obviously picked and packed the wrong part.

I've dealt with them on smaller items numerous times, they're pricey but always fast shipping and always received the correct part, FWIW.

I let my track tech order stuff for me nowadays though.
