Ordered black lettering for the back of the car, $500 later and a week wait I got this lol $500 for 5 pieces of vinyl
Tried calling them, thats a waste of time so I sent an email. Lets see how long it takes to resolve this.

You're right, it appears it should be a badge, not just a sticker. Also definitely should say Turbo S and not GT3RS.

I don't order much from them anymore. If you're willing/able to spend the time to find the part numbers yourself, you can typically save some money. But the advantage is they've taken the time to build a full catalog and you don't need to search for part numbers. I've ordered from Gaudin, Sunset, Sonnen and more recently onlineporscheparts.com. The latter is my local dealer and their prices and customer service have been better than others and for me it is convenient due to local pickup.

I am pretty sure the “badging” on an RS is a decal, supposedly to save weight. So that probably is the OE badging. And it wouldn’t shock me if that’s consistent with Porsche pricing. Sounds like your beef is with Porsche, not Suncoast. Also, why are you ordering GT3RS badging for a Turbo/Turbo S?

Suncoast has a stellar reputation as a supplier at significantly lower OEM parts prices than you can find anywhere else. I ordered new exhaust tip hardware from Suncoast, and their price was half what my dealer quoted.

Pictures above are the OEM lower door stickers that Porsche offers as options on many models including the Turbo S. They are not rear bumper lettering.

I am wondering how GT3 RS stickers got sent for a Turbo S.

What I ordered were the raised plastic letter from their site. Vader not sure what you are saying to me. No where did it say anything about GTxxxx nor was I looking in the GT3 section
This is what the invoice said.
Emblem - "PORSCHE 911 Turbo S" in Gloss Black

I clicked on that and paid for it.

OK, then it's a mistake. I've ordered a lot of stuff from them, and always received what I ordered and great service, but I'm sure they're not immune to mistakes. Those are clearly lower door stickers.

I've always been able to get a human from the Suncoast parts dept. on the phone when I've called, so just call them and explain what happened. Have the SKU handy.

P.S. I just looked up the SKU that you published above on their site, and it does show the Turbo S lettering for the rear bumper, so it obviously was a mistake.

I've ordered a few bits and bobs from them, to be shipped to Canada, and things have been fine.

I understand sometimes picking or packing errors can occur. Hopefully they make it right quickly and, as importantly, perform an "after action" analysis to understand what happened and implement fixes to help reduce the chances of it happening again.

I've ordered many things from them over the years. They've generally been great. They made a mistake on one order from me, and when I alerted them to the error they quickly rectified the situation.

I've ordered from them recently on two occasions. Once for cabin filters, and another for the PCM replacement *****. Both orders came through with no errors.

Best of luck and hope you get it sorted!

For next time, find the part number and use this place, better prices and no tax. https://www.delawareporscheparts.com...99104480385041

Apologies; didn't realize you intended to order Turbo S badging. I thought you were criticizing the quality of the GT3RS badging (sticker vs. raised plastic lettering) and the price, both of which aren't the fault of Suncoast. But yeah, you definitely got hosed! Hope it gets straightened out.
