So... now I moved onto the exciting part in removing my winter tires in my small garage which I previously introduced in a prior post. It was super tight that for sure but... I made it work so... no complaints lol.

Here is a pic of what I'm talking about.

Obviously more room up the front being narrower and small tires.

On removing all the tires enable me to check out how clean the wheel arch areas. Unfortunately the prior owner(s) and Porsche dealership had not given it a good clean prior to my purchase. I'm a little OCD on this front in the clean department and after witnessing I'd make her all super clean A1 again.

Here are a few pics showing how dirty she was. Beats me why someone wouldn't give it a good clean? It ain't that hard lol. It was a trade-in at a Porsche dealership on a new 911, so... guess the owner didn't care. Though dealership in my view should have done a better job here. Anyhow enough rambling here some example pics.... of the said condition.

After that initial clean more work was needed. Removal of the front bumper in order to give the 3x rads and condensers and fan areas a thorough clean as well.

Sneak peak camera pointed directly into the front rad - dirty and full of debris.

Excellent work!

How do you like your QuickJacks? I still need to put mine together, just haven't had time yet. But, I'll have HPDE events in October, and then December at our local track, then COTA in late November, so the track wheels & tyres set should be going on late next month. I'm trying to 'find' a construction site and get Porsche to buy me a new set of fronts/rears since I have tyre/wheel insurance (came with my CPO), before that runs out late October!

Cheers mate and much needed. Oh yes.... loving the QuickJacks. Come in handy for the lifting of all our 4x vehicles. Suggest you get cracking and putting yours together and you won't be looking back - trust me .

Not the best pic showing what I'm doing here but... I'm sure you get the idea here. On viewing I'm flushing the front rad from inner to the outer side and the plastic bag is preventing the water from spraying everywhere out the front. As I'm doing this work within the garage etc.
