Am I Missing an Engine Compartment Light?
I was looking under the engine lid, and there seems to be a cutout for an engine light. There is a wire loom than runs through the lid, and there are wires that terminate under the cutout that are covered by a piece of foam. If not an engine light, what are the wires used for!?
See photos.
Thanks!

The cut outs are to access push pins that are used to affix the engine lid vent grills.
Coincidentally replaced my engine lid to a carbon fiber one this weekend - that's how I know.
Cheers
