I did a pdk flush changed the pan when I run the Cobb regular tune it’s fine shifts good etc when I load the aggressive tune it’s shifts fine until I go wot and then
it’s like it shuts me down like a fuel cut off and trans goes into limp mode

Why are you running the aggressive map? How much hp are you pushing?
PDK relearn is mandatory, the instructions must be followed entirely and honestly with no shortcuts on your end. It's easy to do.

Unnecessary. My car also made that kind of power and all it needed was the PDK sport map. Messed with the PDK sport + map too. Aggressive is for anything over 800whp and that still might not warrant the aggressive map.

Not sure who your tuner is but youll find many others on here pushing the same numbers than will attest to not using the aggressive map.
It's possible that your tune is mapped in a different manner but I'm willing to bet thay 9/10 people here are using the OEM+/Sport/Sport+ map
Either way, you should definitely start with the PDK relearn using the Cobb to at the least fix your issues.
Give it a shot. You need to be on level ground first and foremost.

Relearn made a difference after driving on the new Dodson clutch after 13K miles, started to act a bit odd so I did the relearn, took about 15 minutes.
Drove it around for a bit to let it do its own thing, run it thru all the gears and it drives great once again, no issues.

Definitely do the relearn. After the cobb relearn, to be sure, do the driving relearn too where you drive in normal mode with normal acceleration and take it up to 7th and back to 1st a couple times. At times, they are known to take a few miles to fully relearn.
How many miles on the fluids? If the above doesn't work, change the trans fluid and 100% do the valve body cleaning.
Having said that, FWIW, I did not need the aggressive file at 700, needed at 800+. Don't quote me on this though.
Good luck.
