Default Intermittent Boost Leak

I took my car out to the drag strip last night after installing ICs, intake pipes, and 68mm VTG turbos. It ran fine on the track 1.7bar of boost.

On the way home I heard what sounded like a fluttering air leak under moderate load (like 1/2 throttle when boost was around 0.5-0.7bar). I was trying to record the sound and then I lost all boost, even under full throttle it would only get 0.1bar (i never heard a pop like a boost line came off or anything). Drove it home and parked it. This morning I checked the connection from the y pipe to the manifold and it looked fine. I figured I would go drive it one more time before taking the bumper back off and it ran fine. Drove it for about 30 minutes and got 1.7bar of boost again. I did occasionally still hear the same fluttering sound I heard last night though.

So if it is something intermittent I'm thinking either problem with diverter valve or turbo vtg actuator

Anyone have any ideas?

Any pending codes? Check the DVs and that all vacuum lines are connected properly.
