Huh, they can do that but they can't answer my e-mails for a Dragy that has never worked from day one.

Why didn't you/don't you just return it from where you bought it? It's a pretty low-priced/high volume item at $159. I have three and they all work like a charm. If I got a dud I'd just return it and buy a new one.
The folks who made this video are marketing I imagine, not tech support. Although marketing should certainly care about quality control.

That'd be great, if they'd answer my e-mails asking to return it for refund, but I bought it off Amazon specialising in Dragy but didn't actually try to use it until about 45 days after I paid for it.

They don't have any way to contact them outside Amazon.

They don't answer e-mails and neither do Dragy. So I guess I'm @#$%.

Is it a connection issue?
I found that when I had mine plugged into the usb port to charge it, the dragy would not connect until I removed the cord from the usb port.

It is. It connected once, when I first got it, disconnected suddenly and I've tried it with two phones and a tablet since, it won't connect and doesn't even show up in BT lists.

Their customer support appears not to care at all. "Charge it up, take it outside and let it connect to the satellites, then connect." Yeah, I wish. I'm going to email them again right now.

Have you tried wiping the App, then reinstall the App ?
