All this will be for naught as the real issue here is that you need to personally bulk up my friend...

Well ditching passenger/rear seats would be a start. Get rid of the PCM, carpet, door cards, frunk carpet, tire inflator, plastic bits in the engine compartment, stock wheels, stock tires, stock hood...

TBH, I’ve always just accepted that the TTS would be a bit portly, but I didn’t expect a strong return on investment from dropping weight on this platform unless I went really hardcore. On my track cayman, I pulled close to 10% out (including lithium battery) which made a huge difference considering it has less than half the HP. But the car is obviously unusable on the street.

Thanks in advance
Any thoughts? Or is it all for the love of the mods?

I've done a 5.9 60-130 and 170mph in the half mile. Very good times for my simple bolt ons and tune on stock turbos no meth.

I'm sure the HRE R101LW help in terms of unsprung weight m.

Our cars are much heavier than we think. At Pitt Race I weighed in at 3,664 lbs with me, a 1/4 tank of gas, GT3 rear seat delete, Kline Inconel turbo manifolds, test pipes, Inconel exhaust, and GT2 carbon buckets.

McLarens accelerate so fast as they're mostly sub 3K lbs.
My prior car was a 16 GTR Nismo. A fellow Nismo owner spent high dollars to go from 3850 stock to 3400.

While simply adding more power is a simple solution, getting rid of weight would make things much more amplified.
My predicament is what to sacrifice and what not to. For example, my best friend sits in the back of the TTS, so removing the rear seats will not be an option.

@CodyzWorld
HRE R101 Lightweight's. They will significantly reduce unsprung weight when replacing your relatively heavy OEM wheels with these. They top the scale at 17.2 lbs each front and 20.3 lbs each rear. And the cherry on the top is how amazing they look.

At full weight with lots of heavy leather options (stage 3 no meth):

What do you imagine I’m gaining by stripping the car?

The very first pic of the 'What did you do to your 991 today thread', I was weighing in at around 330+ lbs.

Today, I am at a touch over 220, 6'3".(Christmas and bourbon have brought me up from 215, which will be rectified in January).

I figure that is good for at least a 1/10th in the quarter...
