Default I guess this is adios..

What did I do to my Turbo today ?....well I sold it.

So this is goodbye and thanks to all for the all the years of collaboration, information and enjoyment...I will miss ya'll...bantering and stories of life with a Turbo etc

Before I go I do have a few items to move on and I'll eventually post them in the for sale section possibly soon..all for a 991.2 2019 Turbo S
-a new never worn set of Techart lowering springs
-a new never install DSC module
-a new used twice break/torque wrench (likely not feasible to ship due to size)

I had not researched the current value of any of these but if anyone is interested in throwing a number on any I may consider letting them go,,shipping will be on the purchaser and fyi I'm in Alberta Canada
Please pm me if interested
I will follow this post for a few days..

May you enjoy your fantastic automobiles for a long and safe ride

No need to say goodbye. I don't think there is a requirement to own a P-car to post here.

Thanks Radar and Onfire..
It's not that I didn't like my car...loved it...plan is to purchase a house...for my daughter (okay help her purchase a house)..and with winter here approaching it means another 6-7 months parked so "maybe" in the spring/summer, if the stars align..I may look for a 992 or in a couple years...
There is not another car I'd consider over the Turbo S..it's perfect...low "in your face value"..fast..classy..well build..all great attributes.
I was very fortunate with the deal...more than I paid for the car so I figured now is the time...
I just couldn't justify such a costly chunk of cash sitting that got used so little...the car had 4300 miles on it in three driving seasons
But...You may see me back within the next year ,,,or so

Best of luck going forward. I don't post much but always enjoyed reading your input.

I assume your keeping the Vette.

Greg,

I knew it was coming, but wasn't expecting it so quick!

Hopefully, this will not stop us from grabbing a beer next time I am in Red Deer.

Vaya con Dios my friend; I hope you got a good dollar.

Dang Brother. Sorry to see it go, but don't be a stranger!!

The market has had me thinking of selling as well, as I'm always wondering what I'm doing with so much money tied up in one vehicle at my level. lol

But, for now it's staying I think.

The best of luck to you and your daughter in finding the right home. That's forever. That cannot ever be replaced. Our cars can be replaced.

Hope to see you soon again. Thank you for your comments

I hear this...I too have been thinking about it...but then I think about 8-9 months w/o a P-car. That's trouble. I've been on a list for a 992 GT3 allocation now for 5 months. Still waiting...and enjoying the 2019 TTS.
