Dealership oil change $300
DIY oil change $80.
It’s one bolt to drain the oil 👍🏽

My apologies if I called it incorrectly.

My apologies. Duly noted. I changed the title.

I am noticing condensation under my frunk everymorning, and cannot figure out why. it's so bad that the bottom of the frunk will be moist. i can literally see water beads underneath the frunk.
Car is sitting out in the driveway as my garage is being remodeled, but covered with a factory, high quality porsche outdoor car cover.
No water is coming in from the outside top, is there something inside the rear plastic cover that can be causing this condensation to form?

Could the outdoor car cover be causing the car to "sweat", so to speak and cause condensation?

Hope you find the answer, and yep, it might make sense to try it without the cover for a night or two.

I’ve found that it’s unreliable and the chances of it working are inversely proportional to how badly you want to get in there.

On a spirited canyon run, my friends told me that the rear spoiler automatically deployed after speeds of about 70..........does the front deploy along with the front?

Just curious if you had any luck with the condensation by removing the car cover?
Inquiring minds are wondering!

OH! yes, I removed the car cover and the condensation went away.
I waited a few days, reapplied the car cover and no condensation. Can't wait for the construction to be done. Hate parking outside.

Excellent.
It could have been collectively several days with it on that caused it.
I get your point about parking inside if possible.

...when you hover your hand near the front porsche logo, the frunk will open...
I can't remember where I saw this tip, but this is the most reliable way of getting the frunk to pop without touching anything...
.
  1. Key in pocket
  2. Turn hand upside down (palm up, fingers pointing towards windshield)
  3. Slide your hand across just below the frunk seam in front of the badge, over the bumper, close but not touching the bumper.
Of course the other way to GUARANTEE it will pop is to wash the car with the key in your pocket, then it always pops, but you never want it to! ;-)
