Reminds me of going into my Subaru dealer in 2003 and complaining that Cruise Control would not engage in my STI over 100mph... and the looks of shock and bewilderment that followed.
Tough problems we have indeed; mind you, I don't think I'd like my tyres to de-laminate at 170mph...

I’ve logged with Cobb doing 1/2 mile pulls in my 2017 and there are very strange readings at this speed. Short shifting helps get past this but it prevents the best speed possible in the half mile.

COBB only logs up to 158 mph.. and it’s common to see erratic speed readings, but when confirmed with a GPS device in the same run, it all is usually fine.

Not sure I understand your comment. I had a chance to look at the logs on MegaLogViewerHD 4.4.04 and I have many over 158mph. Am I misunderstanding your comment? These logs were taken using the log function on my Cobb AP using the latest firmware. Several I have over 177 mph.
