2019 991.2 Turbo S discount
I decided I rather have a 991.2 over a 992. I found a new 2019 fully loaded turbo S cab with a 235k sticker. Dealer is offering 6% off.
Doesnt sound like a great deal considering the 992 but wanted some thoughts.

Good discount.....ask them for their dent/wheel insurance on top of 6 and tell them they have a deal and a check that day...or ask for free PPF....or both...there are not too many people that can fork over 200k

992 TT is at least 18 months out as far as I know. They dont make a lot of TT's so I think that sounds pretty good. If you like the spec do it. Unless its loaded up with options you dont like. You prolly arent getting 10%, so it sounds like its more of a do you want it (now - vs wait till 992 is closer and discounts are a smidge higher) or not vs price.

6% is solid
that’s assuming you really want all the extra options that are loaded on that car. If yes, offer 7% and take the deal! If not, build your own which could cost less if you don’t want a ton of options.

Regarding wheel insurance. I turned it down given the fact that I have not bent or damaged a wheel in many years. Now, if my ex GF were still driving my cars, it would be great value!
Enjoy!

I am not surprised at Lavery doing that. In the 1980's I had an Audi 100 and Lavery Audi/Porsche refused to buy it from me at any price when I wanted to sell it after a few years.I have shopped elsewhere since then.

I was told there is a $50 deductable if I needed to get new wheels, and can even have them shipped to my local town and installed here, rather tha drive 120 miles to my dealership to have new wheels installed.
