Default 991 turbo to GT3 front/rear conversion?

Curious if anyone has done a front bumper and rear deck conversion on a 991 turbo. Loving all the aspects of the 991 turbo, but interested in the more aggressive look of the GT3. On the fence about just getting a GT3 and enjoying the 9k redline, but wondering if anyone has done the front fascia and rear wing conversion on a newer car. Wondering what the costs would be using an OEM front bumper and GT3 rear wing. Would probably avoid the exhaust conversion, because that is just too complicated with no real benefits. Thanks!

No real information available online. Rear seems easy, front i'm guessing requires some programming with PIWIS and splicing of wiring? All conversion posts seem to imply "heavy modification" when converting the front which is probably a little bit of BS to justify the "Porsche Tax"

If I had a noselift I would seriously consider putting a GT3 nose on my car....There was a post during the last month that showed this and I think it looks fantastic. I would keep the rear as is since I do like the less dramatic wing compared to the 991 GT3 I had. I hated the wing being in my rear view mirror all the time.

The GT3 front is a lot lower, but the lip is only ~$200 to replace.

I've heard it requires a number of different brackets, mounts, and other small parts to make it work. Definitely not just swapping over a bumper cover.

I'm on board with this!
I would love to do the 991.1 GT3 front bumper and a GT2/3 RS styled fixed wing.
Who can do this and avoid the Porsche tax?

Add some decal stripes to make it look more aggressive....if that is the goal....less expensive..

There's other ways to get an aggressive look if you are creative
