Default Alarm Issue

Hey Fellas, my 17 .2 TT is giving me problems, almost every time I park the car, press the lock button and walk away, the alarm will go off soon as I get about 100 feet from the car. I read the manual and seen it has 2 sensitivity locks, (push lock button once, or twice) still having the same issue. Anyone else have trouble with this before I go to my local dealer?

I’ve not had any issues with my 2017 991.2.

I believe I read if you hit lock twice it turns off the interior motion sensor. I don’t think it changes sensitivity, just if it’s “all” on or “all” except motion.

No issues on any of ours. Time to go to the dealer. The PIWIS system should be able to pull codes for exactly what the alarm thinks it's doing.

What happens if you don't walk away from the car after locking? Will the alarm go off after XX seconds? Or is it definitely a proximity-to-key-fob issue?
