Definitely not the worst car, but my Golf R is almost as big inside as the wife's Exploder. I can go to the trails for a mountain bike ride on the way to dropping off a full set of tires for my Cup car at the track.
I love my '17 VW Golf GTI 6-speed manual. Sadly, it is more fun daily than my TTS. I have to make occasions for the TTS to shine, and trust me after 23,000 miles I still find plenty of occasions!
Life's too short. I drive my 911 Turbo S every day. And when I am not driving that, I am driving my wife's 2018 AMG E63S.
If I did get a lower cost daily driver I would probably get a VW Golf R
Me Too! Wife's E63S is another great car - but wish it had a better tranny and wish they did not downsize that incredible 5.5 L V8 which has huge Torque even before the TurboChargers kick in.
My friend traded in his AMG GTS for a VW Golf R. Gave me a ride yesterday in his new VW-R - VW has come a looooong way. Gorgeous Interior and Great Handling. WOW!!! Surprisingly, I loved it.
I like this pic because that's what I DDd the last time I had to DD, a 1995 Ford Escort GT. Same color as this hooptie, which we spotted on a road trip to LA to see Miranda Lambert in concert. Makes me grateful that I don't have to commute anymore, and get to drive nicer/more fun cars...T

A 2013 Toyota Highlander it’s a “Limited” ... as Jerry Seinfeld said...limited to the number they can sell. The good news is there is no issues with dealer allocations......
