That's a nice build! Carmine red is awesome. I've got a couple of years to go for my "dream order"; saving as we speak. It's either a R8 or a 911TT for me. I think you've made the right choice going with a brand new TT vs. a used TTS. The wait won't be fun but it'll be worth it, I'm sure. Enjoy and congrats!

TTS turbos put out higher boost pressure but the 0-60 & 1/4 mile time spreads are not worth the extra $$$ IMO especially for someone not wanting the PCCB and center lock wheels. I believe Car & Driver tested both models and 0-60 times were 2.5 seconds for both and the TTS was .1 second quicker to the 1/4 mile. The average butt dyno won't be able to differentiate the two, I'm guessing. To each his own as they say.

Well, my 2018 Turbo is officially waiting at Port in Emden Germany. The Planned departure date has been pushed back from March 30th to April 13th. I will have to see what this means for my delivery date. Likely early May instead of late April. Can’t wait to see it and better yet, drive it! It will likely have to wait until after I come back from vacation
I’m thinking about getting a clear bra installed on the whole car instead of just the front end and hood, any thoughts or recommendations?
thanks

Mine is out of production and heading to the port.
Went with NBM as the color after changing it about 20 times.
Except for my track 981S (which is Racing Yellow with Track Graphics), the last 9 P cars I've had have been black, Jet Black Metallic to be exact.
The current black 15 TTS Cab will be going back to the dealer with some equity coming my way.
Hoping to be behind the wheel of the new TTS Cab in 3 to 4 weeks.
Congrats to all who have just gotten theirs. Amazing cars. Will be my 2nd TTS. Can't wait......

Yes Carmine Red. My last 4s was Guards Red. Decided for a deeper red this time.
