My car has them ... and I am looking for the center lock removal key. Does that come with the car? If so, where is it?

In Frunk remove plastic cover behind the storage bin, covers up to windshield wipers.
on right side in front of brake cylinder, twist cap off, socket is there. Problem now, you need a TQ wrench from Precision Instruments in Tenn. 450 ft-lbs
