Wow what a day.
Took back roads to a castle in Eisenach then on to Wurzburg to Schloss Steinburg.
Was easy on the revs and have put approx 450km in the car.
Hunted down some high performance Audi's and BMW's on the autobahn. Car it very stable at 250km/hr. Cruised at about 175-180kph. Ride was taught but acceptable.
Wind gusts are very noticeable when crossing large open bridges and flat areas.
There was two long tunnels.... Cool sound with sports exhaust button. Nice rasp when gear changes.

Still purple with Matte aluminum.
Fingers crossed of PTS, GT Solver is the backup plan if I chicken out of Purple or my wife finds out.

Without a doubt, 'us' Canadians are the winners of the most beautiful Paint-to-Sample gt3s as a percentage of total gt3s sold in our respective markets!
'Riviera Blue' - Jamie140
'Gulf Blue' - Coneklr
'Modegrau' - <3mph
'Viper Green' - H82BL8
'Signal Green' - z356 (Honorary Canuck)
Who else?
Saludos, eh!

Today went from Baden Baden to Stuttgart.
Took museum tour and factory plant tour.
Museum was very good and we had a private tour guide. A lot of good insite into Porsche
The factory tour was terrible. The has us so restricted to where we could go due to production runs of future models. What a let down. Saw a guy picking up 918 for euro delivery. Tried looking for anything unusual. No RS sighting. There was GT3 still coming off the line today.
Hit the autobaun to Munich for tonight.

Glad to hear you are having fun. The Viper Green is outstanding. I got delayed in Eisenach for 3 days once waiting on tooling being built for a BMW project I was working on at the time. Probably the best delay I've ever spent.

By the way, there is no such color as 'Porsche Green'? There is 'Green', which was the 'RS Green' specially formulated for the MY2007/2008 gt3 RS. It is color code 2D8. What is the color code of your so-called 'Porsche Green' vehicle?
And finally, are you by chance a leprechaun! Because if you are, you are entitled to ONE free pass in saying anything you want at our forum. But after that, normal rules apply.

Michael:
Will you be in Stuttgart on Sunday 19th? I arrive that day.
I made a request to have a private tour of Porsche Exclusive and was granted this for the 20th - our factory day.
Any chance you saw my turbo S? Super excited for you man!
