Yep, exactly what happened to mine. We have almost identical delay dates. However, they are showing my car to the dealer November 24th.

BTW, my is completed September 15th but doesn't get on a boat until October 13th.

Yup... and all of them (USA bound cars) are delayed/pushed back. The "Expected Dates" are all still subject to change... could be sooner, could be later.

Just got the news that I'm now delayed until November. Originally was supposed to be here late August. My car entered the body shop on 7/13... then 9/22 exits production - they take the month of August off for vacation. 9/29 arrives at the Port of Emden. 10/13 exits the port and arrives at Port of Houston 11/10... just in time for my birthday!!!

What I'm wondering is why does it take so long to exit the port?!

Spoke with my dealer over the weekend and he told me that the delay wasn't caused by the EPA.

Any idea on what the delay is?

Was at the dealer yesterday and learned that my delivery was going to be 2 weeks earlier! I don't know why exactly. Maybe they were conservative since my GT4 got delayed for 3 months... Not in US.

Just heard from my dealer.

My car is at port. The car was completed on 9/4 and should be here in November now.

Why so long at port. Sounds like one of the first cars. Is the EPA causing the delay.

I think he meant at the port waiting to be shipped. My car is completed and in the same status. It was suppose to be completed 9/29 and in dealership 10/29. Now it's early!! Only thing now is the EPA and CARB certs we have to worry about. Fingers crossed.
