As my cooking skill develops in a pace on par with the covid19 chaos, this is from week 1 or 2: Seafood taco with over the shelf shells and prepared carb/shrimp

this is this week: pizza from flour to table

Northern China styled pancakes wrapped eggs&braised pork shoulder with similar sauce from Peking duck

I dragged out my old chrono bike from my former racing days. Great way to socially distance as I race against the clock 😂. I even got out my Zipp disk and glued on a new tubular tire. I’m 15 years past my racing days so I worked on positioning for my old stiff back. The bike is fun for a quick one hour or so ride.

Wife pregnant with first child - haven’t left the house in 5 weeks. I went cold turkey on takeout and Starbucks lattes - lost 20lbs without lifting a finger.

All it took was a bioweapon and a little tyranny. Woot!

Bikes been collecting dust. We went for a ride. We went for a drive. He’s way too big for seat now. First day back on bike now need (want) another. Commuter. Who’s the bike plug in here? Can’t find a 2019 specialized sequoia expert in 58 anywhere on the planet! Heavy Pig I know. First mod. Carbon wheels.

Funny story. Today I tried Rouvy for the first time and to check how "realistic" this was I picked a route I know extremely well. The col de Vars in the souther Alps where I have a chalet. I have to say that the thing is pretty good and felt realistic. The funny part comes in where I actually passed myself on the video and the guy recorded it one day I was actually there. It was pretty unreal to see myself in the video

That's funny as hell Lionel. So far I am liking Rouvy. No chance of passing myself though. Lol
