it’s ceramic speed oversized pulley wheel
i bought it for the color
but it does feel smoother
however I don’t know if I have actual wattage savings

I like them enough that they are
going on all my bikes

as most my friends know that my cherry 1986 coupe is my hair cut car. I only drive it from peninsula to berkeley for haircut approx 80 miles RT this is my TK noodle lunch car (@saru) lol it’s a bow of $6.00 noodle I drive 30 min to eat. been eating the same one #17 since 1992

Greetings from Vancouver. Have to keep up the riding lest my calorie intake overtake my burn Food here is amazing. Riding doesn't suck either. Highly recommend the city for those that haven't been. Lots of crazy rich young folk with exotics. Oh the depreciation!

Just rode Seattle to Vancouver last weekend. Beautiful weather first day to Bellingham, all rain next day to Vancouver. Enjoyed it either way.
Food -- if you haven't already, check out Chambar on Beatty Street. Cool space, great food, and Belgian Beer menu second to none.
