Thanks OP for the opportunity to do this build!

It's not recommended for the 4.0 in the .2 GT3 which has a more rigid crank. The RS has same earlier 4.0 motor as R, so it works fine (though Porsche uses a LWFW in the RSR which shares almost everything with the new GT3 - maybe because it only has to last a weekend of racing they don't care)...

Thanks
your post gave me a good laugh the cars going to florida soon so maybe take you up on it
Hey, AP was specifically talking about the .2's new solid lifters and revised valve-train not needing it and that the reduced internal friction of the new engine design wouldn't need the lightened flywheel and that it would rev to freely and is not recommended for reliability reasons and not available from Porsche. This whole setup we are installing is the 911R trans and flywheel that was designed to work with the 991.1RS engine from inception.
To the OP: I would volunteer my help if I didn't like practicing law so much. Wait. I don't (as much as I like working on cars and driving anyway). Do you need any help at all? Even someone to help carry the parts to the shop doing the work? Do you need me to watch the shop do the work so that I can document the work for you? I would be happy to render my services pro bono. I'm in south florida, but i don't charge travel time.

More Goodies waiting at the doorstep! 2 very important pieces. small but needed for the original Porsche built OEM look I wanted to achieve.
I decided to not use the aftermarket piece i had filled and wrapped and source this from the Porsche parts bin. OEM and took me a while to find it, not easily accesible in the PET. No other year or model with a manual except a 16 cayman GT4. looked for 30 mins with Ryan at Suncoast, the man is patient LOL.
