Same price, no question the R. .2gt3 will just be another gt3 in a few of years. Porsche tells us which cars will be special, it's really not up to us lol.

Alex, I thought you had promised your Queen that you would take a break from RL?

The most important rule of thumb concerning diamonds: fiancés, boyfriends, and husbands may come and go, but a smart girl always keeps the ring!

If I would be in the market for an R. I would think $250-300k would be reasonable because it's a numbered limited edition car.

Numbered / limited is what R is. Hence, it will always bring a premium. Lots of people place exclusivity above everything else.

How about this? The true value is what Porsche prices it at. Anything above that is pure bs. They make a great car, and a great profit on every car. This is why they sell most every car they build and can afford to 'bonus' their employees accordingly.

this is a funny question. it really boils down to how much networth you have. we have many clients were 5MM is JUST A ROUNDING ERROR.... for them, they really dont spend more than 3 seconds thinking of buying a car. sometimes, they change their mind before the car shows up and sell it while it's still on the transport.

there is no answer.

only YOU can decide it's value to YOU.

I leave it up to you experts but in my mind its not worth a lot more than msrp, perhaps 210k Euro.
Lets here it out!
Experts in value, on RL?

There are 2 prices that matter:
1. What you're prepared to pay for something; and
2. What someone is prepared to sell something for.

For me, 1 is $350k to $400k for the right car. I don't know 2 as I'm not actively looking. I will be paying MSRP for the .2 GT3 and wouldn't pay a cent more.

By the current valuation of 911R, the 997 RS 4.0 should be worth about $200-300k more. Its more limited and even more unique.
