Thank you all for making the trip and taking the time to advocate on our behalf.

 

A joint announcement from the COG and PCNA will happen early next week. Everything has been approved by PAG, but as a courtesy to Porsche we wanted to give them an opportunity to review our announcement text.

Dotting the i's and crossing the t's, but it's a done deal.

 

Rob, can you answer this one question? Did it turn out as good or better than you thought?

 

I'll let Rob answer for himself as well. from my perspective it was more than i expected.

Guys - we all owe Rob a debt of gratitude. He put a ton of effort into it and made this happen. Really awesome!

Team effort, Sean! I had a role, as did every member of our team. This wasn't the Rob show by any stretch! And to be fair, Porsche really did all the heavy lifting.

 

All sounds good Rob, is there likely to be anything to help members who signed up out side of the US?

Wow Rob, I have faith but this is better news than expected. Hopefully we can get some nice juicy details of how the meeting went in due corse. In the mean time round of a applause to you and the COG Team!

 

Update: we will be making a post that includes details of events before, during and after our meeting with Porsche, which will give everyone a better sense of how the day really went.

We want to bring you guys along, as best we can, instead of just making an announcement of the final result. At the end of our announcement we will include Porsche's formal announcement. This is a bit of a different style, but we wanted to go a little further for you guys.
