WOW WOW WOW. This is so cool. Talk about playing with the Porsche enthusiast's heart strings! It still looks cool in its "modern" form, and considering how quick this thing is going to be, I think it could be worth every penny.

Anyone want to bet whether it's a Mezger or a DFI engine? Did I miss that some place?

It's a Mezger:

The 2017 CTR is powered by a water-cooled twin-turbocharged 3.6-litre flat six engine, based on Porsche’s Mezger powerplant...

If you want to make a masterpiece... using a masterpiece at it's core, helps! Can't wait to hear how it drives.

Looks like a fantastic purist's car, but for $750,000 there are other cars or things I would buy with that kind of money.

Here you go Bob. A little too much alcantara for my taste and I'd change the wheel and seat inserts...

Agree, alcantara is overdone on the steering wheel column and I never liked the RUF steering wheel. Easy fix. Maybe Alain would include it in the $750k price tag. 😂

This looks great , although I would prefer to see the real diffuser instead of the 1980's slats in the rear bumper.

I think it is hard to argue with the 700hp turbo on this one. Can definitely nitpick styling on any car but power is power.

I'm always into getting more power vs more sparkly bits.
