Sounds like we're battling over the same car.

I've built a few stripper cars and a few at the $160k price. The no options stripper has some appeal, but I keep telling myself I may as well junk it up with leather and stuff since I'll probably regret not doing so.

I hope someone gets one in the 140's (you can even get LWB's and large fuel tank with Euro Delivery at $149,990). Can't imagine being disappointed with that build...

Looks good, Rob. But if you've really been bitten by the track bug, you may want the LWB's with the ability to add harnesses and rollbar (and maintain factory airbags) in the future...

Of course harnesses add safety (and the ability to use HANS type device), but they also allow you to have more fine control of the car under heavy braking and cornering. It's a nice luxury to have your body secured without bracing yourself.

Looks like a candidate for the rumored touring package.

Getting a little nutty no? Id sell my RS for close to MSRP later this year..
I keep ending up right around 155-156K. Buckets, Alcantara interior/leather stitching, a few el-cheapo options. I don't need anything else.

My GT4 was a total stripper and I never missed anything....except that it wasn't a GT3.

Just give me that 4.0 motor and clutch....
